The Journey

The first Rapid Fired Pizza opened its doors in Dayton, Ohio, in 2015.

True pizza lovers couldn't find anywhere that was fast and affordable but used high-quality, fresh ingredients for that undeniable fresh taste. We had a choice: accept we just couldn’t have it all or... make it ourselves.

No cutting corners or frozen dough. We’re up an at ‘em from 5am, handcrafting our dough from scratch in each and every store.

We wanted fresh and fast. So, we invested in modern oven technology for perfectly cooked pizzas in under three minutes. Consistent each and every time.

Our high quality ingredients are carefully selected from the best partners and delivered to each restaurant throughout each week. Our fresh vegetable toppings and produce are sourced locally, and delivered daily.

Craft your perfect pizza from over 35 toppings and sauces, with no carb, gluten free, and vegan options, as well as deliciously fresh craft salads. With our state-of-the-art oven technology, it’s perfectly cooked and ready to go in just three minutes.

Our produce is sourced in partnership with Fresh Concepts, from area farmers and distributors, providing farm-to-table freshness, quality, and food safety.
