No. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem rewards at participating locations. If you opt-out of receiving emails you will not receive notifications when an offer or reward is available or reminders when a reward is about to expire.

You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (i.e., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point).

Points are not earned for third-party delivery orders, the purchase of gift cards, or coupons, discounts, gratuity, taxes and other exclusions. Once you accumulate 25 points, you can begin to redeem your points for rewards on your next instore or online purchase.
Nearly all purchases qualify for points, with the exclusion of alcohol. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender, but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned for third party delivery, gratuities, coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.
For every 1 point you earn, you receive a $1 reward. There is a 200 point limit. Each reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.
Yes. You must register your account to unlock rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.
For in-store purchases, you tell a crew member your phone number and they will inform you of any available rewards. Alternatively you enter your phone number on the terminal at checkout, before paying, and select “yes” to redeem the reward on the touch pad. For online orders, sign-in to your account before placing your order and click “redeem reward” at checkout.
Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued.

You have two weeks to redeem your reward. Your birthday reward is valid 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
